In December 2025 while vacationing, Daisy wasn't feeling well i took her to a veterinarian, I asked them to do a xray due to a consistant cough. Unfortunetley we got the sad news Daisy had advanced lung cancer. We immediately started setting up consults in Oncology in Madison, it took awhile to get in to the UW.
At this point I had contacted Beth for advice like I did many times for friends and our rescue dogs but this time it was for my Princess Daisy. Beth gave me lots of advice and guided me through other options to get Daisy care. She immediately started a plan to get Daisy on chemo. Daisy lived for another 4 months but it advanced even though we all did everything we could. My sweet girl went to the rainbow bridge on May 7th. I will miss my sweet girl forever.
I am grateful that I got to spend a month in December to walk the beach every night at Sunset with my princess.
Please join us in the Czars memory walk for Daisy and all the other special fur babies that are fighting or have passed before from this nasty unforgiving disease .
