Meet Team B-Cell Blondies!
Carly and Amanda (the hoomans) have known each other since they were babies - daycare buddies, matching glasses, Backstreet Boys concerts...besties. They both have a love and passion for dogs, especially their own dogs.
It's crazy that in same year, both of their blonde furbabies would get a Lymphoma diagnosis. Lymphoma sucks. Plain and simple. It's an aggressive cancer.
In February, Amanda's dog Calvin (4-year-old Lab/Great Pyrenees mix) was diagnosed. Unfortunately after 51 days battling B-Cell Lymphoma, Calvin lost his fight. In December 2018, Carly's dog Charlie (10-year-old Golden) was diganosed with B-Cell Lymphoma. Charlie is still kicking cancer's butt! Both dogs got/are getting treatment from the amazing oncology team at VES in Madison.
